I was born in one of the poorest towns in the U.S. because of this we have little to no career opportunities available to us. I set out to find an online internship while finishing Art Studies in college. I was taken in by the site www.geekgirlpenpals.com and wrote articles for them for a year. Afterward, I applied to quite a few paid Video Game sites before moving to Upwork in 2016. On Upwork I have had a very successful run with lots of clients and learned the ropes of freelancing.
